Stanley Associates, Inc. (Stanley), a subsidiary of CGI Federal, was awarded by the U.S. Department of State and Bureau of Consular Affairs a $26 million firm-fixed-price task order on its 10-year multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity Global Support Strategy (GSS) visa services contract. The contract provides a one-year base option with four one-year option periods for ten years. Stanley is wholly-owned subsidiary of CGI Federal Inc. (CGI).

Stanley will be providing business process services to support non-immigrant/immigrant processing of visa applications, including fee collection, appointment services, information services, and document delivery at various U.S. embassies and consulates that extend to Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. This is the third task order Stanley has won under its GSS contract.
