In Mergers and Acquisitions news, Accenture Federal Services acquired ASM Research. The new agreement will expand Accenture’s capabilities and opportunities with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) and ASM Research will become a wholly owned subsidiary of AFS.
