Linda J. Asher’s proudest accomplishment is the partnership and client trust in Booz Allen to deliver critical capabilities to warfighters, veterans and the American people through work across defense, national security, civilian agencies and health care.
One outcomes-based contracting example Asher is particularly proud of is Booz Allen’s contract for Recreation.gov. It is a unique transaction-based contract that allows the government and Booz Allen to share the risk, reward and results of its innovative platform and associated support through a true public-private partnership. Asher is excited the platform is transforming how millions of visitors discover the nation’s public lands.
“Asher enthusiastically engages with clients throughout the contracting lifecycle and actively contributes ideas on incorporating speed and technology into the acquisition process,” said Booz Allen Chief Operating Officer Kristine Martin Anderson.
“Beyond this, Linda is a trusted advisor to leadership in difficult negotiations that require quite a bit of finesse,” Anderson added. “She has a knack for getting to the heart of issues, gaining the trust of all parties and creating win-win solutions.
