    Matthew Madalo, SGT

    Matthew Madalo

Vice President of Legal, Contracts and Compliance, Siemens Government Technologies

One of Matthew Madalo’s recent notable achievements with SGT began late last year, when his team implemented steps to streamline the company’s review process of proposals and contracts to improve collaboration with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

Madalo and his team also provided SGT’s sales teams with more streamlined access to legal information through tools they rely on for tracking orders and opportunities, helping them do their jobs more efficiently and effectively, particularly on fast-turn RFPs.

“Matthew and his team are relied on inside and outside our business for their expertise and partnership in making our business successful, and his depth of experience across the complete spectrum of government contracting and compliance will continue to be a strategic enabler for us moving forward,” said John Ustica, SGT chief financial officer.

    Why Watch

Madalo is excited for the opportunities he and his team will have to support new contract vehicles and partner relationships as SGT broadens its federal customer base through innovative Siemens’ technologies, while simultaneously strengthening compliance education and awareness for employees to be successful in a rapidly evolving government marketplace.

“Given our broad portfolio of technologies spanning clean energy and infrastructure, to digital twins and more, my goal is always to help our business teams solve for ‘yes’ to be fully compliant with complex government contracting requirements, while delivering technologies and solutions our customers need in a complex national security environment,” he said.
