    Elizabeth Gill, CACI

    Elizabeth Gill

    Deputy General Counsel, CACI

Elizabeth Gill supports the entire organization, not just a specific sector or corporate function, which has allowed her to serve as a company attorney and collaborate in driving business growth, supporting contract performance and contributing to CACI’s success.

Gill’s 20 years of experience in the legal field has proved invaluable. Her expertise contributed to the recent achievement of assisting two separate program teams in realizing on-contract growth.

“Ms. Gill is an excellent example of how CACI’s legal department contributes to CACI’s growth in our industry,” said J. William “Bill” Koegel, Jr., CACI executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. “She continues to be a great asset to the CACI legal team as we provide the necessary support for the organization’s progress.”

    Why Watch

In 2022, Gill focused on bridging federal acquisition and contract management teams with CACI’s capture teams, contracts and procurement departments and business program teams to produce effective outcomes.

“My primary aim is to address issues across all stages of the procurement process and provide guidance to minimize disruption, maximize performance, and assist CACI in providing the highest quality service to our federal customers,” she said.
