Having overcome many challenges over the last few years, notably the pandemic, Eldridge and her team are refocusing on building relationships with new members of the organization, continuing to grow its financial and business acumen, and ensuring they remain integrated with the business leadership teams. They also continue to streamline and digitize the organization’s processes to ensure it’s operating as efficiently and effectively as possible.
