CNSI has formed a board of advisers with thought leaders in health care and technology to advise the organization on industry trends, policy initiatives and new ways to improve client health outcomes and cut health care costs.
The members of the new board are:
- Ryan Howells – Principal at Leavitt Partners, program manager of the CARIN Alliance and national health policy, digital health and interoperability expert. Howells will chair the board.
- Dr. Ryan Bosch – Founder and president of Socially Determined. Former Deloitte executive and former chief medical information officer for Inova Health System.
- Aneesh Chopra – President of CareJourney and co-founder of the CARIN Alliance. Served as the first U.S. chief technology officer and as Virginia secretary of technology.
- Charlene Frizzera – President and CEO of CF Health Advisors. Former Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services acting administrator, chief operating officer, deputy director of the Center for Medicaid and State Operations and regional administrator.
- Retired Maj. Gen. Dr. Elder Granger – President and CEO of THE 5Ps, LLC. Former deputy director and program executive officer of the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs).
- Bobbie Kilberg – President and CEO emeritus and strategic adviser for the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Served in President George H.W. Bush’s administration as deputy assistant to the president for public liaison and as director of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. Also served in President George W. Bush’s administration as a member of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.
- Charles Milligan – COO of Health Management Associates and vice chair of Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission. Former Medicaid and CHIP director for Maryland and New Mexico.
- Penny Thompson – Health care adviser. Former chair of the MACPAC Commission and former CMS deputy director at the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services.
CNSI CEO Todd Stottlemyer said he’s grateful these experts have agreed to serve on the board.
