    Sarah Lord Named President of System High

    Sarah Lord, System High

    System High Corp. has appointed Sarah Lord as president.

    A 15-year veteran of the company, Lord has served as chief operating officer since 2019 and previously as chief human capital officer. She has played a key role in improving operations, boosting performance and supporting the company’s workforce.

    She joined System High in business management and administration roles, advancing by driving growth and achieving strategic goals with efficiency and innovation, according to the company.

    “Sarah’s servant leadership style is evident in everything she does, and she always puts our employees and customers before herself,” said System High CEO Rob Howe. “Since Sarah joined System High in 2009, she has helped grow the organization. Sarah brings insight, unique perspective, and innovative approaches to all she does. I am delighted to see her continue System High’s legacy as the leader in providing global protection and security engineering services.”

    As president, Lord will oversee the company’s expansion and lead efforts to deliver solutions to its customer base. She will work with the executive team to ensure the company’s strategic vision is realized and maintain a strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction and employee development.

    “I am beyond honored and humbled to accept the position of President,” she said. “Our focus has always been on better serving our people so they can better serve our customers. I look forward to working with our talented team to continue our mission of providing exceptional protection services and solutions to support our customers’ missions. Together, we will embrace the challenges ahead and build on our strong foundation to drive System High’s continued success and growth.”

    Lord assumes the president role from Howe, who has served as president and CEO of System High since 2018. Howe will remain as the CEO and a board member.
