Nearly three weeks after news that Parsons Corp. had filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering, more details have become available.

The company announced April 12 it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed IPO of its common stock. The number of shares that will be offered and the price range for the proposed offering haven’t been determined yet.

Parsons plans to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol PSN.

A registration statement on Form S-1 relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but hasn’t become effective yet. These securities can’t be sold and offers to buy these securities won’t be accepted before the registration statement becomes effective.
