LMI has named a 20-year HR veteran Donna Diederic as its new chief human resources officer.
In the new role, Diederich — who has held senior HR roles at Northrop Grumman, CACI International and Abt Associates — will oversee all aspects of LMI’s HR organization, including its talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, learning, and talent management programs.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ms. Diederich to our team as we reach new heights within our organization,” said Suzan Cengiz, vice president of LMI’s Transformation Management Office. “She has a lot to offer our employees. Her fresh insights and perspectives will be valuable in reaching our long-term talent goals.”
Diederich comes to LMI from Abt Associates, a global private services business, where she served as CHRO.
All told, Diederich has more than 20 years of experience in senior HR positions and leadership roles, including as senior vice president of CACI International’s HR department and as vice president of HR for the National Public Sector and Americas Region of DXC Technology (formerly CSC). She also held a series of roles at Northrop Grumman.
“Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in the government professional services business helping leaders and employees deliver on our mission by creating a thriving work environment and culture,” Diederich said. “I am excited to join LMI, and I look forward to learning about the great work our employees are doing and how I can help us take it to the next level.”
In addition to her extensive HR background, LMI cited her expertise in executing organizational change with a focus on employee experience, learning and engagement.
“Our employees are single-handedly the most important part of this organization,” said Dave Zolet, LMI president and CEO. “We’re excited to have Ms. Diederich join our team as we continue to grow and invest in our people.”
