General Dynamics Mission Systems President Chris Marzilli is taking on a new role as executive vice president of the company’s IT and mission systems segments. He’ll succeed Dan Johnson, who’s retiring at the yearend.
“Marzilli has played a pivotal role in building the mission systems business and in this new role, he will ensure both businesses continue to expand and meet the needs of our customers, employees and shareholders,” said Phebe Novakovic, chair and CEO of General Dynamics.
Christopher Brady, vice president of engineering at General Dynamics Mission Systems, will replace Marzilli as head of the GDMS business.
Prior to his current role, Brady served as general manager of the firm’s assured communications systems business and head of radio products.
