Casepoint LLC has announced that it has been awarded a 20-year contract to provide eDiscovery products and services to federal government agencies.

Effective immediately, the U.S. General Services Administration has approved Casepoint as an IDIQ (indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity) contractor. The GSA IT Schedule 70 contract authorizes agencies to do business with Casepoint directly, streamlining the process for federal, state and local customers to purchase Casepoint’s eDiscovery cloud-hosted platform and services.

The contract is for an initial term of five years with three five-year options to renew. The contract specifically authorizes Casepoint to provide services in two categories: Term Software Licenses (SIN 138 32) and Information Technology Professional Services (SIN 138 51).

“We are honored to be awarded this contract by the federal government,” said Amy Hilbert, vice president of public sector, Casepoint. “Casepoint has a long history of working with the public sector and this award is a reflection of our deep commitment to bringing our robust eDiscovery platform to federal agencies and state and local organizations.”

In September 2017, Casepoint was also awarded a multiyear contract to serve the Defender Services program in the United States. This multimillion-dollar contract, administered through the Defender Services Office of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, allows federal defender offices and private attorneys who accept Criminal Justice Act  appointments to use Casepoint in select federal criminal cases. This contract provides critical assistance to attorneys who are facing increasing volumes of eDiscovery in federal cases.
