Robbins-Gioia (RG) has been acquired by a management-led team of investors, the company announced yesterday.

The move will establish the firm as an independent, U.S.-owned entity and return Jim Leto to the position of CEO of RG.

“The passion and commitment of our employees to help their customers succeed is simply unrivaled and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to lead them once again,” said Leto, who served RG as CEO from 2002-2006.

RG’s new leadership team will include new, returning and existing management team members, including Bradley King, former CEO of North America of Serco and Brian Hays, former senior vice president of SAIC.

“We intend to remind the market of Robbins-Gioia’s status as one of the most trusted sources of top-notch professional skills,” said Leto.

RG is based in Alexandria, Virginia and was established in 1980.
