Information Innovators Inc., also known as Triple-i, a Salient CRGT company, has won a $13.6 million task order for the operations, maintenance and expansion of the voice systems supporting the Hampton Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center and regional facilities.
The task order, awarded through the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation contract vehicle, has a 1-year base period with four 1-year options, and covers of voice systems at medical facilities in Virginia and North Carolina.
Triple-i will also provide Information Technology Equipment Room remediation, including repairs to the infrastructure, inventory management, asset consolidation, necessary security upgrades and repair of existing storage.

Forty percent of Triple-i’s team are military veterans, and the team includes certified systems engineers who provide advanced level support capabilities to the Univerge voice systems, as well as BICSI-certified cabling technicians who will design, install, test, and patch copper and fiber, according to Salient CRGT.
Salient acquired Triple-i in March, and the acquisition has led to increased work in the health data analytics field for the company.
