With over 30 years of leadership skill and experience, Paul Leslie is an executive worth knowing.  As of 2010, Leslie founded Sydalco Consulting and currently holds the position of president.  The firm’s three core values include integrity, teamwork and focus on the client.  These three aspects not only reflect the business itself, but the man who started and built the company.  Leslie believes in supporting mid-size companies by helping them mature and expand into something great.  His main key in helping these businesses prosper is by using growth strategy and having the client come as a first priority.  By lending a hand to smaller businesses and helping their expansion, Leslie is a builder who is team-oriented, as well as a believer in giving back to others.

In addition to his extensive background of managing companies, Leslie is also a well-rounded individual with the many positions he holds on different assemblies. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, Professional Service Council, and the Community Foundation of Northern Virginia.  He is also a member of the Advisory Board of George Mason University’s Volgenau School of Information Technology and Engineering, as well as on the Advisory Board of Dovel Technologies.
