SAIC has named Paul Eremenko and retired Navy Adm. Michael Rogers to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Both will join the Audit Committee and Technology Committee, expanding the board from 11 to 13 members.
Eremenko is CEO and cofounder of P-1 AI, which develops agentic AI for complex systems engineering. He served as CEO of Universal Hydrogen Co., which flew the world’s largest fuel cell-powered passenger airliner, and as senior vice president and CTO at United Technologies Corp., where he led a 30,000-person engineering function and helped broker the merger that formed Raytheon Technologies.
He also was the CTO of Airbus and founding CEO of Acubed, its Silicon Valley innovation center, and held roles at Google, Motorola Mobility and DARPA, where he received the Distinguished Public Service Medal.

Rogers retired in 2018 after over 37 years in the Navy, including four years concurrently leading the National Security Agency and U.S. Cyber Command, advising the president, secretary of defense, director of national intelligence and congressional leaders on cyber threats. He has served as senior adviser to the Brunswick Group since 2019.
“I welcome Paul Eremenko and Admiral Mike Rogers to the SAIC Board as we advance our strategy to align investments to federal mission priorities while also driving innovation-led growth and shareholder value,” said Donna Morea, SAIC board chair. “Their expertise in technology, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligence will be invaluable in accelerating the critical missions of our customers.”
