Over the past year, Brewer and her team redefined Arcfield’s talent acquisition strategy through the integration of the HireLogic AI platform. The new process enhances both the candidate and recruiter experience: faster, more precise and deeply data-informed. By automating administrative tasks, recruiters now spend 80% less time on manual work, freeing them to connect with top-tier talent. Hiring decisions are made up to 25% faster and are supported by objective, data-backed insights that reduce bias.
The team also expanded the platform’s use in new ways, such as analyzing exit interviews to uncover retention insights. This data-driven approach has strengthened engagement across the organization and positioned Arcfield as a leader in agile, high-velocity HR innovation.
Brewer’s team also continues to grow the company’s internal mobility program, Arcfield First.
“Programs ending is an inevitability in our industry,” she said. “But by retaining our people and realigning their skills to new missions we have uncovered a force multiplier for the entire enterprise.”
In 2025 alone, the initiative retained 53% of at-risk employees, saving hundreds of thousands in severance costs and generating over $1 million in retention revenue within six months.
