Guidehouse has appointed John Morris to lead its Health segment to shape the firm’s healthcare strategy and drive growth across its provider, payer, life sciences and public sector health practices.

Morris served as CEO of a health advisory startup and held senior leadership roles at one of the world’s largest professional services firms, where he led North America’s healthcare business and other key initiatives. He oversaw large-scale efforts in strategy, consulting, technology and operations, helping healthcare clients deliver measurable value through innovation and accountability.

“As the healthcare industry undergoes rapid change, John’s leadership will help our clients navigate complexity and unlock value through innovative, tech-enabled solutions,” said Scott McIntyre, CEO of Guidehouse. “His vision and experience are a perfect match for Guidehouse’s commitment to building the future of healthcare.”

Morris said Guidehouse stands apart in its ability to combine advisory, technology and managed services, integrating public and commercial health expertise with AI and automation capabilities.

“I look forward to collaborating with leaders across the firm to assist our clients in their efforts to modernize care delivery, improve outcomes, and achieve sustainable growth,” he added.

In his new role, Morris will focus on:

    • Scaling the firm’s use of technologies including artificial intelligence, data platforms and digital tools

    • Driving leadership development to align with the firm’s growth

    • Strengthening Guidehouse’s healthcare brand across all services through a client-centered strategy

“John brings seasoned industry experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology, accelerating our ability to provide innovative solutions and drive our strategy as a trusted partner to our clients,” said John Saad, president of Guidehouse. “His visionary leadership will be instrumental in navigating healthcare complexities and unlocking new growth opportunities.”
