HawkEye 360 has appointed Todd Probert as president of U.S. government. He will lead the company’s work with defense and intelligence partners, focusing on advancing RF data and analytics to meet national security needs.

Probert brings deep experience in signals intelligence, space operations, AI and electronic warfare. He served as president of national security and innovative solutions at CACI International, where he oversaw technology solutions for defense, intelligence and federal customers.

Additionally, Probert led efforts in software modernization and multi-domain systems to deliver next-gen capabilities that improve decision-making and operational performance.

“HawkEye 360 is at the forefront of delivering innovative RF intelligence solutions that enhance situational awareness and decision-making for national security missions,” he said. “I am excited to join this exceptional team and contribute to the company’s continued growth in delivering advanced analytics and actionable intelligence that support our defense and IC partners.”

Prior to CACI, Probert held senior leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies, including vice president of command and control, space and intelligence. There, he led efforts to integrate artificial intelligence and commercial software practices into mission-critical defense and intelligence solutions, forging partnerships with Silicon Valley to speed up innovation cycles.

“Todd’s extensive experience in defense technology and his ability to drive strategic growth make him a tremendous asset to HawkEye 360,” said John Serafini, CEO of HawkEye 360. “His leadership will further strengthen our ability to deliver advanced RF intelligence solutions, equipping our customers with the actionable intelligence needed to operate effectively in complex and contested environments.”
