
HawkEye 360 has appointed Todd Probert as president of U.S. government. He will lead the company’s work with defense and intelligence partners, focusing on advancing RF data and analytics to meet national security needs.
Probert brings deep experience in signals intelligence, space operations, AI and electronic warfare. He served as president of national security and innovative solutions at CACI International, where he oversaw technology solutions for defense, intelligence and federal customers.
Additionally, Probert led efforts in software modernization and multi-domain systems to deliver next-gen capabilities that improve decision-making and operational performance.

Prior to CACI, Probert held senior leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies, including vice president of command and control, space and intelligence. There, he led efforts to integrate artificial intelligence and commercial software practices into mission-critical defense and intelligence solutions, forging partnerships with Silicon Valley to speed up innovation cycles.
