Aisha McGill
Chief Business Operations Officer, Koniag Government Services
As part of a larger effort to drive growth, Aisha McGill realigned Koniag Government Services’ contracts department by accounts and established functional roles to optimize operations. This effort enabled the transition to a new financial and contracts management system, ensuring availability and scalability to support growth. It also prepared her team to implement enhancements to the KGS purchasing system.
“By fostering leadership and leveraging corporate resources, I ensured this effort aligned with our broader strategy for driving organizational success,” she said. “True transformation happens when we challenge the status quo and inspire others to see what’s possible. By focusing on collaboration, listening deeply and investing in our people and culture, we can drive meaningful change and build exceptional teams that lead us to success.”
