President and CEO, Maximus
Building upon years of growth and expansion, Maximus President and CEO Bruce Caswell said the company entered the new year with momentum and optimism, poised for even greater achievements as it celebrates its 50th anniversary.
“This year is a momentous one for Maximus, as we celebrate a half century of excellence and innovation, recognizing the contributions of employees, and look forward to the next 50 years of success,” he said. “Our company made tremendous gains in 2024, from creating new solutions and expanding into new markets, to adding world-class talent to our leadership, and the pieces are in place to take that to another level in 2025.”
The list of accomplishments for Maximus in recent years is impressive as the company continues to execute its 3- to 5-year strategy, exemplified by the tagline “Moving People Forward,” Caswell said.
“Our focus at Maximus has always been on bringing together our people, our processes and our technology to help government agencies more effectively meet their mission and serve their constituents with efficiency and accountability,” he added.
An important example of Maximus’ innovation came in spring 2024 when the company launched its new Total Experience Management solution that brings together emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, to deliver improved customer experience to federal agencies.
“We are redefining government services to create seamless, personalized experiences that blend technology and human-centered design for simplicity and security,” Caswell said.
Why Watch
As a new administration begins, Maximus is poised to build on a half-century reputation as a critical partner to government in the administration of programs that reach more than one in three Americans. With a reputation for delivering complex programs at scale that provide accountable and cost-effective solutions for government, Maximus’ decades of operational knowledge make it well-equipped to address new priorities, Caswell said.
Recent indications of success include the Office of Personnel Management’s decision to deploy Maximus’ TXM solution for the agency’s new Postal Service Health Benefits Program. Additionally, Maximus announced that its Veterans Evaluation Services business was re-awarded several contracts with the Veterans Benefits Administration to provide critical medical disability exams for veterans seeking disability benefits.
