Why Watch
Giangiuli and the HR team continue to focus on creating an internal pipeline of talent through professional development, upskilling and a newly launched mentor program. In 2024, she and the HR team are refreshing and revamping the company’s internal training program ⏤ CALIBRE University ⏤ by adding new and relevant courses in business development, remote leadership, belonging and emerging technology.
Additionally, she remains committed to solving the company’s talent shortage by creating employment pathways for underserved communities through corporate partnerships, paid internship opportunities and expanded outreach.
“Laura’s tenure and rise at CALIBRE is something we commend, and I hope her journey inspires our employees that our company is a place they can build a long and successful career,” said Richard Pineda, president and CEO of CALIBRE.
Fun fact: Giangiuli is a fanatical Alabama football fan and plans vacations, family events and her life around the Alabama football season. “I’ve watched the past 10 SEC championship games on my cellphone while at the CALIBRE holiday party,” she said.
