With over 30 years of experience in federal IT, Donna Klecka has consistently positioned herself at the forefront of technological innovation, anticipating and meeting client needs. Among ASRC Federal’s Huntsville clients are NASA, the Army, and the Missile Defense Agency. Under Klecka’s leadership, her team implemented SAFe agile software development to support a client’s mission. This scalable framework transformed operations by accelerating feature delivery and enhancing adaptability to evolving requirements. The initiative also included comprehensive training to ensure agency personnel were well-versed in agile methodologies.
Thanks to the team’s successful implementation of SAFe agile and DevSecOps methodologies, integrating security practices throughout the development lifecycle, Klecka’s team received a task to develop a new proprietary software tool to be deployed in 2024.

In 2024, Klecka remains focused on developing software applications while prioritizing related cybersecurity measures and cloud migration efforts for clients. She explores opportunities to enhance the integration of DevSecOps practices for creating secure and resilient applications and implements zero trust principles to safeguard these applications and their environment.
Keeping pace with advancements in cyber services, Klecka and her team use ASRC Federal’s expertise in cloud migration and SAFe agile methodologies to provide secure solutions to federal and defense customers. Looking forward, Klecka plans to expand ASRC Federal’s engineering, infrastructure operations and supply chain and logistics capabilities in Huntsville and beyond.
Klecka is active in the Huntsville community, serving organizations such as the Huntsville Inner City Learning Center Huntsville Job Corps, and supporting the March of Dimes, American Heart Association and the Madison County Military Heritage Commission.
