LeNaye Willis-Lloyd, an accomplished contracts and procurement executive with 20 years of experience, is known for developing contracts management into a business strategy driver. She built a career in leading operations and cross-functional teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
Willis-Lloyd’s most significant recent accomplishment was being selected as a 2024 Inspiring Woman by the World Commerce and Contracting Foundation.
“It is a great honor to be recognized by this 70,000-member organization for my contributions to the global contracting community and our society,” she said. “So much of our work as contracting professionals is performed behind the scenes. It’s been meaningful to view my work through a larger lens with the added benefit of expanding my partnership with WCC and connecting with professionals from around the world.”

Fun fact: Outside of work, Willis-Lloyd is her family’s genealogist, having traced over 200 years of history in Virginia’s Tidewater area and uncovering many stories and connections. She follows the mantra, “I am on a pursuit of awesomeness; excellence is the bare minimum.” This quote reflects her drive for continual growth and improvement, aiming for more than just standard achievement.
