Maximus has announced a new federal growth leadership team focused on civilian, health and defense markets.
The announcement is in line with Maximus’ initiatives in market, technology and business processes, aimed at “reimaging how agencies implement technologies and improve the customer experience for the public,” the company said .
Maximus named new executive managing directors for each of the three sectors formed through the reorganization: Diarmuid O’Casey will head civilian, Monica Rosser will lead health, and Pamela Powers will be in charge of defense.
“The Federal team delivers exceptional services, technology, and approaches to federal agencies that turn their ideas into reality,” said Teresa Weipert, general manager of Maximus federal services segment. “We’ve reached a pivotal moment in federal technology as emerging technologies, like AI and machine learning, are opening up so many possibilities when it comes to modernization. These new leaders will contribute to our company’s evolution as we continue to broaden our agency relationships and deliver bolder solutions to meet today’s missions.”
O’Casey will work with civilian agencies on expanding major programs, joining Maximus after nearly seven years at ARSC Federal.
Rosser will lead growth efforts focused on patient-centric government healthcare programs. Her experience includes leadership roles in the government contracting sector with companies like Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton, before joining Maximus.
Powers is tasked with managing operations, business development, and support for defense clients. She brings 28 years of experience as a U.S. Air Force officer and has served in senior roles at the Department of Veterans Affairs, including acting deputy secretary and chief of staff, before moving into federal consulting.
“The Federal growth leaders at Maximus represent the elite in their respective fields, with decades of unique experience implementing successful technology projects to meet a variety of missions,” Weipert said. “We’ve put new market leaders in place who will develop unique approaches to simplify the complex challenges facing government today and in the future.”
