Over the past two years, Jeff Zack oversaw LMI’s successful migration of all its systems to secure cloud environments, and transformed internal processes into an agile framework that provides stakeholders with complete transparency into projects and financials.
At LMI, 2023 was the “Year of Optimization,” in which Zack and his team leveraged prior work to deploy multiple process automation initiatives across the company, reducing operating expenses organization wide.
