    Rebecca Hannahs

Vice President of People & Organization, Siemens Government Technologies

Before Rebecca Hannahs began her current role in corporate human resources at SGT, she worked in multiple industrial manufacturing environments managing employee programs and benefits.

At the height of the pandemic, she was responsible for all employee relations aspects of the associated ramp-down and site closure of a 100-plus-year-old steam turbine facility in upstate New York. While it was an incredibly challenging situation for everyone, Hannahs is proud she supported employees during a time of change and transition as the business continued to meet its commitments to customers.

“Rebecca’s efforts to help us navigate a rapidly evolving talent environment is essential to our ability to deliver on our mission and support our customers with the very best solutions for their smart infrastructure and digitalization needs,” said John Ustica, Siemens Government Technologies CEO.
