Madelyne D’Angelo, Riverside Research

Madelyne D’Angelo

Chief Human Resources Officer, Riverside Research

Madelyne D’Angelo’s biggest recent achievement was evolving Riverside Research’s human resources function into a proactive and engaged team that leans in to actively support all aspects of the organization.

The team today is made up of both legacy and new resources and has exploded in involvement and contribution to the exceptionally talented workforce that drives Riverside Research.

“Madelyne is a key part of our strategy to enable an employee-focused culture that is the envy of our peers,” said Dr. Steven Omick, president and CEO of Riverside Research. “From her first day on the job, she has focused on improving the employee experience and helping our employees across the country feel like part of our whole. Madelyne and her entire team are a big part of what makes Riverside special.”

Why Watch

In 2023 and 2024, D’Angelo’s team is working hard to strengthen the company’s basic structure and improve its work culture as the company grows. Their aim is to build a supportive environment for current and future employees. This will help the team concentrate on developing innovative and high-quality solutions essential for national security clients.

“I have spent a career in government contracting,” D’Angelo said. “I came to Riverside Research because I was excited to work for an organization that because of its nonprofit status was free to really concentrate on work that makes an incredible difference to the United States and wanted to ensure they maintained an employee-focused culture. Today, I come to work every day with that same enthusiasm.”
