Senior Director of Public Sector Strategic Marketing & Communication, NTT DATA
In the past year, Marta Czarnecki and her team at NTT DATA have focused on building the company’s brand across government. In Washington, D.C., they established a partnership with the Washington Nationals. NTT DATA now acts as the official technology partner of the team and an official partner for future stadium projects.
“We are working closely with the Nats to deploy technology to improve the fan experience using our award-winning smart platform,” Czarnecki said. “As a marketing professional and a baseball fan to see the NTT DATA logo on the first and third baselines is incredible!”
Her team is also focused on enhancing partnerships with other leading technology companies. NTT DATA has top-level partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, Okta, IBM and others.
“We’ve already seen the impact of bringing commercial qualifications to government, from our work bring our financial and healthcare experience to finance and public health agencies,” Czarnecki said. “Bringing the best solutions that technology can provide means better services for citizens and efficiencies for government,”
NTT DATA has invested in innovation, and this year introduced the Digital Human powered by IBM’s Watson. The Digital Human is a thinking, emoting human-like interface, which is really taking off and is helping engage with fans at the Tour de France.
NTT DATA has unified its operating units outside Japan, which is highly beneficial for clients. The company’s strengths in system integration, industry-specific expertise, digital consulting, application development and managed services now join forces with NTT Ltd.’s expertise in “Edge to Cloud” service operations, data centers, networks and managed services.
“We can deliver to our clients end-to-end ‘full stack’ capabilities. Stay tuned,” Czarnecki said.
