    Jo Ann Bjornson Named SVP, Chief HR Officer of V2X

    V2X has appointed Jo Ann Bjornson as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, adding her to the executive team.

    “We are thrilled to have a dynamic leader like Jo Ann join V2X, further strengthening our dedication to our employees during this transformative growth phase,” President and CEO Chuck Prow said. “Jo Ann’s unparalleled expertise in human capital management will play a pivotal role in fostering our thriving business culture and ensuring long-term growth and success.”

    In her new role where she reports to Prow, Bjornson is responsible for the company’s global HR strategy and operations, including talent management, recruitment, leadership development and compensation and benefits.

    “I am excited to join the V2X team and a company that is deeply committed to the mission and its people,” she said. “I look forward to continuing to build an environment and workforce that thrives, embraces innovation, and achieves remarkable results.”

    Bjornson brings extensive experience to V2X, with over two decades of expertise in defense, intelligence, federal civilian, health and commercial sectors, including her recent role at Leidos.

    She also served recently as chair of WashingtonExec’s Human Resources Council and as a member of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s Workforce and Education Executive Committee.
