CSA has appointed Trinity Lefler as vice president of human resources and talent acquisition.

Lefler joined CSA in 2021 as the director of HR and talent acquisition, overseeing the company’s people, processes and resources. In her new role, she will continue to lead the HR and talent acquisition functions for CSA, managing employees across the U.S., Germany, Italy and Japan.

Her focus will be on enhancing employee engagement, developing talent management strategies and driving organizational effectiveness, the company said.

“Her extensive experience in HR and talent acquisition, combined with her strategic vision and leadership, make her the perfect candidate to drive our HR initiatives forward,” said Ellen Barletto, CSA’s chief administrative officer.

Prior to joining CSA, Lefler served as the director of HR for General Dynamics NASSCO-Norfolk, where she oversaw HR, labor relations and recruiting functions across three locations. She has also held various HR positions in the commercial sector.

“I am honored to take on this new role at CSA and am excited to continue working with the talented team we have,” Lefler said. “I am committed to supporting our employees’ growth, promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion and driving innovation in the HR and talent acquisition space.”
