In 2023, Lax and her team are heavily focused on customer engagement to include further developing relationships with customer counterparts to ensure alignment on industrywide matters. They are also committed to building an agile and empowered workforce supported by talent programs and employee engagement. A key tenant of this focus is leveraging internal mobility and encouraging cross-functional team building to broaden leaders’ expertise.
