Jackie Harding never backs down from a challenge, and she frequently challenges those around her to go above and beyond.
Since joining CACI in 2016, Harding has amassed an exceptional array of knowledge that propelled her into her current role. In this position, she wears several hats, but most recently, she led a team to design, develop and implement the company’s first Corporate Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance report.
“I have always believed that it is critical to look toward the future,” she said. “ESG has become an integral part of our industry and our business. To advance CACI, we are working to understand more about our current footprint and how we can make it better. That’s what I plan to do – keep moving CACI forward.”
Harding leads many functional support areas within CACI, including corporate enterprise services, IT, facilities and real estate, enterprise risk management, personnel and physical security, procurement and subcontracts, and operational excellence. She and her team are focused on delivering enhanced efficiencies and optimizing these areas to better support the business while ensuring compliance.
Harding has a history of driving change at CACI through various “firsts,” such as establishing the company’s first Enterprise Risk Management program and Shared Services Center.
