Dr. Kimberly Myers has 20 years of experience working with clients across the health care and scientific ecosystem. She currently serves as Deloitte’s government and public services diversity, equity and inclusion leader, a role that touches over 24,000 people within Deloitte, and provides a platform to support clients on their DE&I journeys.
Myers’ focus is to help organizations achieve systemic change in their workforce culture where DE&I isn’t an activity or program, but rather a necessary standard for how to conduct business. She believes institutions are at their best when they incorporate diverse perspectives and experiences.
To achieve this, Myers has championed diverse hiring, launched inclusive staffing initiatives to ensure equity in how professionals are staffed, and used data-driven analysis like network analytics to better understand the experiences of women and diverse professionals. She believes programming shouldn’t solely be focused on diverse professionals, but instead targeted toward creating a culture that embraces diversity and operates equitably.
