CTO, Public Sector, ICF
As ICF’s first public sector CTO, Kyle Tuberson has been at the forefront of the company’s digital strategy journey. He helps leadership see technology as a true business driver that generates value across the company and for its clients.
In the past year, ICF’s digital modernization business saw double-digit service revenue growth and a record pipeline of new opportunities totaling nearly $1.82 billion.
“I’m especially proud of our recent work with the National Cancer Institute to optimize their research infrastructure and provide biometrics, health research and health IT services to support their studies and research projects,” he said. “Additionally, we helped the Food and Drug Administration stand up their first digital services center to modernize and transform IT systems and businesses across the agency.”
At a high level, ICF is focused on bringing a human-centric approach to digital modernization. The company is leveraging applied data science and data visualization techniques to support its clients through purpose-driven projects. The aim of these projects includes reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving access to health care in emerging markets, ensuring the integrity of government programs, and more.
“Kyle’s leadership at ICF has been essential to our success in 2022,” said Mark Lee, ICF executive vice president of public sector. “His depth of experience, innovative thinking and commitment to making an impact through technology provide notable value for our clients as they meet their missions. With Kyle at the helm, we’re helping federal agencies efficiently address and respond to today’s most critical challenges with modern technology solutions.”
