Baris Yener
Chief Growth Officer, Public Sector Group, ICF
This news caps a major year of growth for ICF’s public sector team as it continues to accelerate and improve mission impact for clients. ICF’s existing digital modernization services continue to be a key driver of its continued growth, with this division alone seeing double-digit service revenue growth and a record pipeline of new opportunities totaling nearly $1.8 billion this year. These services have generated $316.4 million in revenue from government clients, up 13.9% year-over-year in ICF’s fourth quarter.
Additionally, ICF’s federal health and digital modernization teams have recently won significant contracts from agencies like the CDC, HHS and NIH, underscoring the combination of deep domain knowledge and technology expertise it offers public sector clients.
“2022 has been a year of significant growth and accomplishments for ICF, and I’m grateful to be a part of the team that’s helping to expand the range and scope of our services at a time when social and economic challenges are especially prevalent,” Yener said.
“Within the public sector especially, where we’ve seen steady momentum, the need for excellent and equitable federal services has never been higher, and we’re committed to helping drive innovative solutions that can support the need for improved mission performance.”

Broadly, agencies need to rethink the delivery of their missions through the lens of technology to adapt to pressing challenges and ensure equitable federal services. Navigating these hurdles is a complex and multifaceted task, but it’s also where ICF can do its best work.
“At ICF, a commitment to improving lives and making the world a better place is core to our business approach,” said Mark Lee, ICF executive vice president of public sector. “Baris has epitomized these values in his work, playing a key role in bringing our unique blend of domain and technology expertise to federal civilian agencies to help current and future clients drive greater impact for citizens and communities.”
