Chris Gros is a driving force behind NT Concepts’ people-first culture and brings 20 years of Marine Corps experience to the organization. Since December 2017, Gros and his Talent Team have championed multiple innovative initiatives to help NT Concepts compete and win in the full and open market, enabling the company to deliver exceptional and highly cleared talent to support the critical missions of their national security customers.
As a talent-driven data and technology solutions company, NT Concepts views talent as a vital growth-enabling operational element of the business. Most notably, talent operations transitions a traditional human resource mindset from a back-office function to a forward-facing and repeatable strategic business thrust.
