    Nathan Rogers, SAIC

    Nathan Rogers

CIO & Senior Vice President, SAIC

Since joining Science Applications International Corp. in 2019, Nathan Rogers has led the company’s efforts to modernize its enterprise systems and meet its customers’ business needs. During his first year with SAIC, he led a cross-collaboration team with the HR, IT and facilities functions to redesign the future of work with minimal disruptions to the company’s business model.

From this collaboration, Rogers’ role expanded to lead critical IT operations, cybersecurity, commercial real estate, facilities and a new data department.

In this expanded role, Rogers has created a strategic business model to support SAIC employees and customer missions by improving technology platforms, facilities optimization, cybersecurity and strategic collaboration.

“Nathan’s proven strategic approach for shaping the future of work at SAIC has allowed our employees to support our customer’s missions from anywhere in the world, with minimal disruptions,” said Mark Escobar, SAIC executive vice president and chief of business operations. “He and his team are modernizing our platforms to help us provide the best solutions for our customers and he’s building a passionate group of employees along the way.”

Another strategic focus area for Rogers is to empower and inspire employees at SAIC.

“I am passionate about creating an environment that is focused on flexibility, well-being and inclusion,” he said.

Collaboration and alignment across all the corporate functions has been paramount to building a successful future for not only SAIC but for its customers.

    Why Watch

Rogers’ current goal is to “Unleash the infrastructure of tomorrow.” He’s dedicated to developing a secure cloud, building a best-in-class data program, improving cybersecurity and driving business value through cost optimization. Lastly, he’s investing in his high-performing team.

“I am so lucky to have an incredible group of leaders,” he said. “We must never stop working on being the highest performing team we can be.”
