    Chico Moline

    CIO, Amentum

Chico Moline joined Amentum in March to lead the company’s enterprise transformation initiatives, and in that short time, his team has progressed the major integration of merging a recently acquired company into Amentum.

“We are coming off a recent integration of two substantial companies and working currently through a third, while simultaneously harnessing best-in-class technology through acquisitions, partnerships, and unique innovations to create custom solutions to meet our customers’ needs,” he said.

Moline’s team created a cloud-based enterprise environment for the original and acquired companies to function as “One Amentum,” in addition to setting the company up to accommodate continued growth through innovation. The team is a key component aligned with business development to introduce technology, partnerships and unique offerings in U.S. government proposals.

“Amentum is embedded with our customers to ensure we share expectations of performance excellence and a roadmap for the future,” Moline said. “We have a long legacy of full lifecycle program performance – from concept to execution to sustainment and reinvention to closeout – and we have the capabilities necessary to integrate state-of-the-art digital engineering, science and technology in future programs, adding authoritative sources of systems data and models to modernize the lifecycle activities of tomorrow.”

    Why Watch

Moline is excited about transforming Amentum’s technology systems to the next level, eliminating redundancies and outdated solutions to blend the organization seamlessly and free up resources to advance more innovation, efficiency and technology-driven optimization. The company is positioned to become a strategic partner for the modernization and technology initiatives in the future of government.
