Amyx, Inc. has appointed Christy Mee as vice president of federal civilian programs and Todd Reynolds as the director of strategy to help grow the company’s federal civilian market business.
“I’m excited for the hires of both Christy and Todd who will help us to meet our corporate growth targets,” said William Schaefer, president and CEO of Amyx, Inc. “Their extensive operations and growth-oriented experience coupled with their knowledge and expertise in the federal and civilian agencies we’re focused on, adds significant value to our team.”
Together, Mee and Reynolds bring over 45 years of experience with agencies in Amyx’s opportunity pipeline. Mee has experience specializing in program and project management, strategic planning, change management and strategic communications.
Her focus on stakeholder management and business development has driven growth at the Department of Homeland Security headquarters, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Customs and Border Protection, the Security and Exchange Commission and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. At Savvee Consulting, she managed the communications and CISA lines of business as vice president of communications for the federal sector.
“On the Program Operations side, Christy will be leading our federal civilian account, bringing a long track record of exceptional customer support,” Schaefer said. “One of the things that impressed me the most was her strong drive and excitement to help customers solve complex challenges. This is a big part of what it means to work at Amyx.”
Reynolds brings over 20 years of experience in IT management, strategic capture and business development. He spent nine years as a senior director at Pragmatics and at Technatomy Corp., with expertise at DHS, the departments of Agriculture, Treasury and Interior, as well as the General Services Administration.
Reynolds has also won contracts with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and DHS.
“Todd’s subject matter expertise in areas that we excel the most in (systems modernization, cyber security, and DevSecOps) and familiarity with many of our current and strategic markets will be used to extend Amyx capabilities to new agencies in the federal civilian market,” Schaefer added. “Christy and Todd are fantastic additions to our leadership team and I look forward to their many successes.”
