    Brad Cole

    Chief Growth Officer, Steampunk

As chief growth officer, Brad Cole has led the growth and capture team since Steampunk’s 2019 inception. In partnership with Steampunk’s sales team, he oversaw 100% and 87% year-over-year growth in 2020 and 2021.

“Enabling a truly disruptive, client-centered growth engine has positioned Steampunk as a mid-tier option and an alternative to traditional or large public companies who can’t be as flexible,” Cole said. “Most importantly, we are having fun doing it together, which has made the journey that much more rewarding.”

    Why Watch

Under Cole’s leadership, the Steampunk team recently won a $500 million data analytics BPA and kicked off a 10-year IDIQ this summer to anchor 2022’s new business and fuel the company’s pipeline for 2023 and beyond.

“Brad and I have worked together for more than 20 years, and I feel confident every time we compete,” said Matt Warren, Steampunk CEO. “He has built a team, and a process, that builds on all we have learned over that time. His team’s approach puts our clients in the center of our strategy, and it pulls in all areas of Steampunk to form the right solutions. I’m proud of what we are accomplishing, and I know we have the tools and people to deliver for our clients and employee owners. That’s pretty darn satisfying.”
