Helle Huxley has successfully built a growth-oriented marketing and communications team that has enabled Cadmus to do more for its current clients and expand to serve new clients.
When Huxley rejoined Cadmus in September, the firm was expanding its ability to provide best-in-class services for clients through an investment from CI Capital Partners. Cadmus’ clients in the government and utilities sectors face critical points in their missions across climate, energy and resilience. Huxley built and resourced teams empowered to showcase how Cadmus can support clients through these pivotal junctures and help build a more resilient future.
Huxley rapidly matured Cadmus’ marketing to scale with organic and inorganic growth: she reorganized teams to streamline execution, invested in resources for effective marketing campaigns and devised toolkits to ensure consistency in communications around integrations and new product rollouts.
“The most important role I can play as a leader is empowering my team to meet and exceed their own goals while helping the firm grow,” Huxley said.

In 2022, Huxley and her team are heavily focused on telling the ever-expanding Cadmus story through press and industry presence.
Cadmus has a history of linking subject matter expertise with tech solutions. In 2022, that message will crystallize through marketing. Clients will discover how to solve critical problems with Cadmus experts and technology services, including data analytics and artificial intelligence/machine learning, business intelligence and business transformation — with more to come through R&D and M&A.
Huxley and her team are also designing a Cadmus speakers bureau elevating the firm’s unique combination of subject matter experts, technology and cross-industry experience with press and industry.
