    Scott McIntyre

    CEO, Guidehouse

Scott McIntyre has worked hard to continue building Guidehouse and its culture – a next-generation consultancy with more than 12,000 professionals in over 55 locations globally.

“We continue to drive our mission of solving big problems and building trust in society, with a focus on transformational change, business resiliency, and technology-driven innovation,” he said.

Guidehouse recently acquired Dovel Technologies in a move McIntyre said supports the company’s larger growth strategy.

“Dovel is such a great fit in terms of culture, growth strategy and expanded capabilities,” McIntyre said. “It puts much more parity into our management and technology consulting capabilities and in a combined platform it further tech-enables much of the consulting that we do.”

    Why Watch

In 2022, Guidehouse will remain focused on organic growth as a cornerstone of growth strategy, quality and impact for customers and maintaining a company culture where people are top priority.

“As we move into 2022, we’ll continue to expand our digital capabilities — advanced analytics, data science, digital transformation, ERP and systems integration and low-code/no-code development,” McIntyre said. “Our people are my top priority and are also the top priority for our whole leadership team. As our business grows, I’m grateful for the exceptional team, culture and workplace we’ve built together.”

Describing McIntyre as a “proven leader with the unique ability to galvanize teams,” CEO and Managing Partner of Veritas Capital Ramzi Musallam said he is confident Guidehouse will continue to flourish under McIntyre’s direction.
