Cadmus has hired Hitesh “Tesh” Vashistha as chief growth officer to oversee purpose-driven corporate growth and strategy to support the firm’s mission and vision.

President and CEO Ian Kline said Vashistha’s track record of helping organizations expand in various markets “will help ensure our growth as an organization is optimized to support our clients’ growing needs.”

“I’m delighted to welcome him to the Cadmus leadership team at this exciting time for our firm,” Kline added.

Vashistha has more than 25 years of experience leading strategic growth initiatives in all market sectors, from IT solutions, to infrastructure and to public health. Most recently, he led corporate growth initiatives at Dovel Technologies in McLean, Virginia.
