Todd Gustafson’s biggest recent achievement was leading the pursuit strategy for HP Federal’s win of the Department of Veterans Affairs PVAAS contract, which supports PC and print needs for thousands of VA locations.
In partnership with NCS Technologies and Colossal Contracting, HP Federal leveraged the strength of HP’s portfolio, security capabilities and understanding of the federal marketplace and requirements of the contract to win.
Under Gustafson’s leadership, the federal business has seen impressive growth, deeper customer and partner relationships and constant innovation of services, said Stephanie Dismore, managing director of North America, HP Inc.
“The recent VA PVAAS contract win is an example of why Todd is the right leader at the right time to lead our work with the government and achieve continued success,” she added.

In 2021-2022, Gustafson’s team is heavily focused on as-a-service solutions, including print and PC, and engaging with customers on new subscription models. The team is also in tune with cybersecurity needs for endpoint devices throughout the federal government, and is leveraging HP’s strength in innovation to deliver market-leading solutions amid ongoing threats.
Ultimately, securing and providing resources for hybrid work environments is the team’s priority going into 2022.
