Accenture Federal Services has promoted Vanessa Godshalk and Kristen Vaughan to lead strategy and operational growth, respectively.

Godshalk has been appointed to lead Accenture Federal Services’ strategy and consulting, previously known as management consulting. In her new role, Godshalk will bring together the team’s deep functional and industry domain expertise in innovative ways to better serve federal clients.

Godshalk brings 25 years’ experience to the role, having delivered transformational programs to a wide range of federal clients. Most recently, she ran the civilian financial services practice, serving federal government clients in revenue, pensions, banking/supervision, financial regulation and housing finance.

Vaughan is now the company’s new operations growth platform lead, and will continue to strengthen Accenture Federal Services’ operations capabilities and assets. Vaughan will partner with consulting and technology to deliver maximum value for clients in mission critical areas.

In her 20 years of experience, Vaughan ran large-scale programs for federal and commercial clients. Prior to her new role, she stood up the company’s human resources as a service practice and built the federal workday practice.
