Technology systems integrator Intelligent Waves, LLC has added Kathy Barlow as new senior vice president for contracts and pricing.
In her new role, Barlow will support the company’s continued growth and will lead the contracting and pricing department.
Barlow brings 25 years of executive-level experience in managing strategic areas such as contract risk mitigation, compliance, pricing, contract management and contract performance.
Before Intelligent Waves, she was senior director of contracts for IntelliDyne, LLC, tasked with all contract and subcontract activities, price proposals and negotiations for government clients.

Barlow has a bachelor’s degree in business/finance from George Mason University and an MBA from Marymount University. She holds a Secret, Active security clearance and is a member of the National Contracts Management Association.
