HHS, LLC, a government facilities support service prime contractor, is one of four companies to be awarded the Defense Health Agency General Services Administration Multiple Award Task Order Contract Master Agreement, or MATOC.

As an awardee of the MATOC, HHS is eligible to compete for operations and maintenance services at 32 Defense Department hospitals, clinics, research laboratories and other medical treatment facilities.

The contract has an initial ceiling of $370 million over the next 10 years with room for expected growth.

HHS Government Division President George Davis said his team has been passionate about bringing its commercial health care support services approach and best practices to the government.

“Our achievement of securing a spot on all three major medical treatment facility MATOCs provides us a broad platform to offer our experience, expertise, and programs to the government market,” he added. “This innovation is being recognized and rewarded by government healthcare facility decision-makers and is allowing us to continue to grow at a record pace.”

HHS was also awarded one of the two seed projects released with the MATOC, which is the hospital and other support facilities at Langley AFB in Hampton, Virginia. This project is currently being transitioned to HHS and is staffed by HHS managers and technical support personnel.
