IT services and solutions provider 1901 Group has appointed Steve Hamric as chief financial officer to provide financial and strategic business advice to the chief executive and the broader leadership team.
Hamric’s experience in developing processes, technology and people is an ideal match for the company as it prepare for the next phase of growth, said CEO Sonu Singh.

With over 20 years’ experience leading finance and account organizations across a variety of industries, Hamric served most recently as CFO of TeraThink Corp., where he led strategic and financial initiatives resulting in the acquisition of the company by CGI Federal. He previously held served as senior vice president and CFO at MA Federal, Inc (iGov) and as the CFO at Athena Technologies, Inc. (now Rockwell Collins).
