A gala to benefit The Children’s Inn at NIH will be on April 25 at The Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
Designed as a place like home for families with children participating in groundbreaking research studies at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, The Inn tends to the social and emotional needs of patients and their families. It is a nongovernment, nonprofit organization located on the NIH campus.
An Evening for Hope gala is The Inn’s largest fundraiser of the year and typically brings together about 800 supporters, including more than 100 senior government executives who work in the space of advancing medical research and helping children.
The program begins with a red carpet reception from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a welcoming reception until 7 p.m. Dinner and the evening program begin 7 p.m. and an after party follows at 9:30 p.m.
